Vista Wannabe

I'm sure you've heard Windows Vista was released to the public already. Technofreaks and Technowannabes can't wait to get their hands on this new OS and rant endlessly on Vista's new features. Well I'm no freak, just your simple usosers I can't afford to buy Vista (from manong dbd-dbd-bcd ) so I got my new workstation a nu flavah instead. I installed Vista Transformation Pack 6 (VTP6) over my ol' XP. VTP6 transformed my Windows user interface to an ultimate Windows Vista look-alike. No one ever noticed its just my WinXP hidden in Vista clothing awooo!!! It looks really nice and giddy fast whooieeee…so cool Lookie what do we have here… there's a sidebar in glass design with some tools on it, mine shows the time, date, cpu and memory usage, system uptime and i even posted a little inspiration And guess what? when you hover lil mousie at the taskbar, a preview of my minimized running application is visible….

VTP6 changes these "uncool" items from WinXP **booring mode**

• Boot screen
• Welcome Screen / Logon Screen
• New msstyles files (visual styles)
• New desktop and file icons
• New toolbar icons
• Progress Dialogs
• Sounds scheme
• System Tray icons
• New Wallpapers
• Windows Media Player Skins

There still some bugs in this version. I don't mind, they are pretty much tolerable. Looks like vista, feels like vista, its a vista wannabe.
