Movie Marathon…
Last Saturday, Pangga and I went to Robinson's Galleria to watch the masterpiece of Actor- Director Mel Gibson, APOCALYPTO. The first screening was at 1:15PM. Since we're ahead of time, we first went to eat lunch at Bacolod Chicken Inasal. Then after that seeing we still have a little more time to spare we went window shopping.
Then at around 1PM we went to buy our tickets for the movie.
The movie was pretty good considering that you need to read the subtitle. Since I don't want to spoil the movie for you, I won't say anything about the movie just that I enjoyed watching it. And can't stop thinking wondering how Mel Gibson was able to make another magnificent picture like his "Passion of the Christ".
When the movie was done we went to Megamall. Guess what, we went there to watch "Curse of the Golden Flower"(subtitles and all). Ayaw naming manood, di ba?
But before that, we first went to POWERBOOKS to buy my most awaited book, ERAGON. Segue lang ng konti, they're already accepting reservations for the last installment of the Harry Potter series - Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Going back to my story, after buying the book we went to check the screening times for the "Curse…" and true to what we already know we can watch it at 5:15PM. Since there was still time (again!), we went window shopping separately. I went to National Bookstore (ano pa nga ba?) and Pangga to Habagat. After that we met in front of Papemelroti after 20 minutes. Oh by the way, we passed by Le Coeur de France where Pangga bought a chicken and italian beef fillouette (tama po ba?) both for just less than 50 bucks (buy 1 take 1).
Then we went back to the movie house and watched the "curse…". Don't worry I won't tell you about the movie… You have to watch it yourself. And when you do, email me cause I need to ask you something about it. Let's see if you're able to get it.
It was my first time to watch two movies in a big screen for just one day. You see, for me it's already a luxury to watch one every week. So I told myself (not yet to Pangga) that I won't be watching any more movies for the whole month.(TV na lang…) Although it's a good stress reliever, it's a bit expensive to my taste…
P.S. Pangga had told me I forgot to include earlier that he just got back from the office the day we went watching, so he hadn't had a wink after he's back in the office again… poor baby…
