Impossible phone inquiry

I worked in a call center once and in those days call center was even unheared of. I was a systems engineer then and was responsible for technical support both via phone and on-site. Anyway, in my one and a half years of being a technical support representative I have spoken to almost all kinds of customers, some of them nice and some of them are not, but nothing beats this one. Have a good laugh. *lol*

To all call center agents I feel your pain. *lol*
