Roaming activation should be done at least 24 hours before departure. You will need a minimum of p100 credit balance to activate your roaming, otherwise, your request will not be granted, you will also need to maintain P100 credit balance to maintain roaming services. If you go blow P100, you will be given 24 hours to reload your account before your roaming services gets terminated. You will need a balance of P80 to make an outgoing call while roaming, you will need a balance of P25 to send an outgoing SMS while roaming..

You may send GROAM_STATUS to 2884 to check status. You will be charged P2.50 for this while in the Philippines, P25+2.5 while outside the Philippines.

You can request to reactivate your roaming by calling the Roaming Support Hotline +6327301212 toll free via globe handyphone.

You may send GROAM_HELP to 2884 for roaming help. This is toll free while in the Philippines, P25+2.5 while outside the Philippines.
