Death Note and Naruto
I heard my sister, Joan telling Pangga about a manga series called Death Note. I recall Pangga asking “nakakatakot ba?” (Is it scary?) when he was trying to look it up from You Tube. My sister said it wasn’t so. I’m a scaredy cat for a fact. But my sister isn’t, so I didn’t believe her much when she said “it wasn’t so”. Well, for a fact my sister can read ghost stories without feeling anything after. I, on the other hand has a very wide imagination which sometimes gets the better of me. That’s why I don’t read Stephen King much now…
Yesterday, she tried looking it up and was able to find a site where I think all the episodes can be viewed. I ignored it at first but when she seemed engrossed about it, I asked her about the plot. And she did a good job telling me about it. I’m hooked. I had to ask her to pause the episode she was watching for a moment, I wanted to know more about the series. I tried checking it at Wikipedia, all the episodes were there. And if you click on the episode title, it will direct you to the episode summary.
I asked my li’l sis how she’d knew about the series and she told me it was from her classmates because they like anime. 
As for my brother, he likes watching Naruto. I also watch it sometimes but with the Tagalized version. Mark also liked it. Both of them (Josh and Mark) were up to I don’t know what time watching it last night.
I don’t know what’s with Death Note or Naruto but they totally got our attention.
